Best of 2012

BestOf20122012 has been a BIG year for Yummy Workshop. Although the blog is only a bit older than a year, we feel like we have accomplished a great deal. We did our first cookbook review + cookbook giveaway, author interview, sold our goods at various local craft markets, etc. Aside from those, we now have over 100 likes on Facebook! For us, all these mean a lot.

Now let us bring you five of our most popular recipes of 2012:

White Chocolate Mousse – This dessert is not only decadent, it is also elegant. Serve it in a wine glass, it will be sure to impress!
VegPorkDumplings
Chinese Vegetable + Pork Dumplings – To save time, make these with store-bought wrappers. They can be boiled, steamed, or my favourite way: pan-fried.

Matcha Macarons with Chocolate Ganache – Macarons can be difficult to make, but worth the effort!

Honey Castella – Our most popular recipe! This light and fluffy cake is made without any chemical leavening ingredients. Its texture will amaze you!
Lastly, thank you for all your support during 2012, we couldn’t have accomplish all this without you! We look forward to a new year full of yummy challenges and experiences. We wish all our readers a wonderful new year filled joy. More importantly, we wish you and your family good health, because when you are healthy, you can really enjoy all the delicious foods and experience new things.
