Mille-Feuille, orange tart, vanilla tart, and wild strawberry cake. My favourites were the mill-feuille and the vanilla tart. The mille-feuille was a little sweet because of the marcona almond praline, but the texture and flavour were so expertly balanced. The vanilla tart had so much vanilla flavour it was like 10 times of vanilla ice cream, I also enjoyed its crunch, creamy, and soft textures.
